Well, first off I don’t really watch that much television due to my busy schedule. Most of the time I catch my news on the internet or while I am driving home or going to a job location. When I finally watch the television, their are many channels that I learn a lot from and some shows I just cant believe their being aired. An example of a television show that is incredibly ridiculous is Flav a Flav, I can not believe people actually watch this show, where making this man a millionaire. I feel at times television should be filtered before airing because some of these shows are just getting insanely dumb and making the watcher get down to their level at times. I personally feel that watching networks like Discovery Channel, Food Network, The Learning Channel, these really interest people’s way of thinking. If only class was taught like this where there is no professor and that we just watch television on history it makes it more interesting to me, and to visually see what it was like it would be hard for me to forget it.
The Future for television I feel is that you will be able to watch a show whenever you want to. It will be like the internet you go on the main page and pick exactly what you want and there will be no advertisements. I feel too much of everything we do is advertisements and we let the advertisers put up anywhere is possible which i feel should be filtered.
